Part-time, 24 hours per week. Schedule: four 6-hour shifts. MaineHealth Walk-In Care - Damariscotta. A high-paced, busy practice serving patients from newborn to geriatric with diverse injuries/illnesses. Responsibilities
The Patient Service Representative (PSR) will greet patients in a friendly and courteous manner, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform general office duties. The PSR will collect, verify, enter, and monitor patient data while complying with federal, state, and MaineHealth confidentiality policies. The PSR will work with the Primary Care Department at the same location and perform the same office duties. Bonuses
For a limited time MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for Patient Service Specialists (PSSs). Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part-time PSR position. Bonus amount is prorated for Part-time hires; per diem hires are ineligible. Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. License/Certifications: N/A Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills. Additional Information
