Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Anesthesia Team, ensuring high-quality patient care and team collaboration.
Provide anesthesia for inpatient procedures while adhering to best practice protocols and safety standards.
Demonstrate clinical competency within the scope of granted privileges and maintain up-to-date competencies.
Collaborate with diverse clinical teams, communicating effectively in both verbal and written formats.
Qualifications
Graduation from an Accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program; Master’s Degree or higher required.
Registered Nurse licensure from the State of North Carolina and current certification or recertification as a Nurse Anesthetist by the National Board.
Current CPR certification – ACLS, BLS.
Ability to demonstrate clinical competency within the scope of granted privileges.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with clinical teams.
Benefits & Compensation
Work/Life Balance: Mix of 8‑hour and 10‑hour schedules.
CME Reimbursement: Up to $2,500 and up to 5 additional PTO days/year.
Generous PTO: Accrual starts at 25 days/year for vacations, sickness, holidays, and personal matters.
Parental Leave: Six weeks paid maternity leave and four weeks paid parental leave.
Retirement: Up to 6% employer‑paid retirement contributions.
Sign‑On Bonus: Up to $100,000 in recruitment incentives (subject to eligibility).

SRNA Education Assistance: Monthly assistance payments up to $12,000 for student anesthetists (subject to eligibility).
Competitive Pay Range: $112.40 – $179.85 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
Shift, on‑call, and incentive pay opportunities; potential for annual performance increases.
