Physical Therapist / Occupational Therapist Technician – Part‑time (20‑24 hr) on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:00 am‑4:30 pm. Assist licensed therapy professionals by supporting patients with lifting, transferring, gait training, and exercise activities. Provide therapeutic assistance as directed and help therapists deliver patient care across critical‑care units and regular nursing floors. Maintain sanitary, orderly conditions in the department. Inventory departmental equipment and fabricate or set up patient‑related equipment. Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross. Demonstrate sufficient mathematical knowledge to maintain inventory levels, measure and fabricate equipment, and adhere to the supplies budget. Preferred: Healthcare experience. Physical Requirements
Walk without assistive device and maintain balance during sudden load. Lift and reach with arms to lift patient’s arm and leg during treatment. Manual dexterity to palpate muscle tension and monitor pulse. Visual acuity to observe gross and fine motor movements. Speak clearly to instruct patients and families; understand patient description of symptoms. Interpret clinical data and make critical‑thinking decisions. Personal Protective Equipment
Follow standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required. Pay
Minimum hourly: $15.00 Maximum hourly: $18.44.
