Our team provides support whether you’re taking your first step toward recovery or seeking continued support.
Role Description & Position Highlights Authenticity Recovery is an integrative outpatient practice specializing in eating disorders and dedicated to helping individuals find lasting, meaningful recovery. We are growing our clinical team and are seeking passionate, committed therapists to join us in this work.
Full-time, on-site role - located in Grand Rapids, MI.
Provide individual therapy sessions, develop and implement treatment plans, and conduct assessments (opportunities available for Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient treatment settings).
Collaborate within a supportive, dedicated, multidisciplinary team that values community and shared growth.
For new clinicians: robust training, mentorship, and supervision are provided to help you deepen your skillset and develop an eating disorder treatment specialty.
For seasoned clinicians: bring your unique expertise to our thriving culture, with opportunities to mentor and contribute to program development. Opportunities to grow within an expanding company.

Qualifications
Experience in individual therapy, treatment planning, and conducting assessments
Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Limited Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Michigan as LLPC
Licensed in the State of Michigan as a LPC, LLPC, LMSW, or similar credential
Experience working with eating disorders and behavioral health is a plus
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training
