In this fast-paced environment, you'll provide direct patient support through assessment, treatment, care planning, and medical evaluation for a diverse mix of Med/Surg acute care patients. Whether they arrive from the ER, clinics, or other hospitals, each patient presents unique challenges and learning opportunities.

15% premium on base pay (Seasonal Premium)
$1,000 bonus
after
30 days
in position
$1,000 bonus

$2,000 completion bonus
after the 13-week assignment
No health benefits, but eligible for 401(k)
Night Shift Differential - $3.75 per hour
Weekend Shift Differential - $2.25 per hour
What to Expect: As an RN in our
Medical Unit , you will encounter a wide variety of cases and diagnoses, including: COPD, CHF, and Emphysema
Coronary Artery Disease (CAD), Diabetes (DM), and Alcohol Withdrawal (ETOH W/D)
Dementia and Failure to Thrive
Falls (with or without injury)
Kidney failure & dialysis patients
Sepsis, UTIs, and GI bleeds
Various wound care needs
You’ll also be involved in
diagnostic procedures and interventions
such as CT scans, MRIs, colonoscopies, and thoracentesis. Occasionally, you may transport patients across campus for radiation treatment, making each day dynamic and engaging.

Qualifications: Current Montana RN license
or
multi-state compact license
required.
Minimum of two (2) years
of experience in a similar acute care setting preferred.
Healthcare Provider (HCP) CPR and/or BLS certification required
Strong understanding of nursing theory, medical terminology, and infection control procedures.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations, HIPAA compliance, and clinical documentation standards.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn additional software as needed.
