We are looking for a full‑time LPC or LCSW, LSCSW whose primary role will be to deliver evidence‑based treatments for youth and their parents/caregivers. This position will be located at Broadway Campus in KCMO, Monday‑Friday 10:00am – 6:30pm.
Overview PATH (Pediatric Access to Therapy and Healing) is a new initiative that trains providers to give short‑term outpatient therapy to patients with acuity needs, working alongside the mental health assessment team in the emergency department.
Responsibilities
Provide evidence‑based child and family therapy and documentation.
Maintain ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strong partnerships and assist families with accessing community services.
Participate in professional development, committee work and serve as a consultant to other team members.
Qualifications
Master's Degree.
1‑2 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Missouri (must hold a Missouri license upon hire and obtain a Kansas license within 90 days).
Strong communication and collaborative skills.
