Physical Therapist – Lumberton, NC
Join us at Trinity Rehab, LLC, a 72‑bed skilled nursing facility with assisted living beds in a quiet residential neighborhood outside Lumberton, NC.
Our rehab unit offers 10 short‑term rehab rooms with private bathrooms and a state‑of‑the‑art gym featuring two treating tables, parallel bars, Nautilus equipment, Nustep, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom with bathtub and walk‑in shower.
Responsibilities The Physical Therapist will provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient PT services, develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications
Certificate or degree from an accredited occupational therapy school (as listed in the posting).
Licensed by the state in which the Physical Therapist resides or practices.
Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
