Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients, ensuring safety and quality of care. Assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor progress. Administer medications and treatments accurately, and collaborate with healthcare team members. Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
