Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Duties and Responsibilities
Perform Evaluation/Treatment sessions with patients
Conducting Free Consultations
Educate patients about their condition and prognosis
Keep patients accountable for therapy attendance and compliance with their plan of care
Complete all required documentation of each visit
Update plan of care as needed and discharge patients as needed
Supervise PTAs and Therapy Technicians
Record patient progress
Keep Case management lists up to date
Assist in Marketing efforts as requested by the Marketing department
Track individual stats and complete productivity reports
