Responsibilities Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise a plan of care for assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Travels. Provide direct care and delegate/supervise all nursing care in accordance with applicable Nurse Practice Acts. Demonstrate clinical competence, manage patient care, improve quality of care, establish professional relationships, and utilize professional skills. Fulfill the responsibilities of the hospital role and develop clinical expertise per specialty.
Supervisory responsibilities:
Oversee Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides, and Techs.

Qualifications
Minimum 1 year as a Registered Nurse in an ICU.
Current, valid, and active RN license in the state of employment.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.
Certifications & Licensure
ACLS and BLS certification from a Vibra Travels‑approved vendor (AHA preferred, required by some clients).
CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse) preferred and may be required by some clients.
Other certifications such as TCRN, CEN, and CMC may be required by some clients.
Vibra follows federal and state requirements for vaccinations, vaccination offerings, and disease screening. Some states and locations may have different vaccine or screening requirements.
