Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeons
with an active
Louisiana medical license
to perform
independent medical reviews
on a flexible, fully remote basis.
This
non-clinical, contract opportunity (1099)
is ideal for orthopedic surgeons seeking supplemental income, work-life balance, and a way to apply their clinical expertise without direct patient care—all while maintaining an active surgical or clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities

Review appealed cases and provide objective, evidence-based recommendations
Submit clear, concise reports using Dane Street’s secure online portal
Follow nationally recognized clinical guidelines and best practices
Requirements
Active, unrestricted Louisiana medical license
Board Certification in Orthopedic Surgery
Current clinical or surgical practice
Excellent written communication and analytical skills
Comfortable working independently in a digital, remote setting
