We are currently hiring suitable candidates to fill our position of Medi-aesthetician. The individual should possess a positive attitude and customer service-oriented mindset, be self-motivated with strong initiative and have a keen interest in the aesthetic industry. The Medi-aesthetician will be both a therapist for our medispa treatments and also an aesthetician assisting the Aesthetic Doctors in performing procedures and treatments for patients. Role & Responsibilities
Provide professional skin consultation and analysis for customers
Perform face, body and aesthetic treatments with excellent skill and service attitude
Provide equipment assistance to doctor during procedures
Provide professional recommendations and advice on treatment and services
Explain all relevant procedure details including pre and downtime post care
Follow up on customers after first procedure; ensure next appointment for review after each procedure
Play an active role in customer referral and retention by building customer rapport
Provide excellent customer service with professional touch
Achieve and exceed personal and group targets
Be responsible for frontline administrative duties inclusive of appointment scheduling, registration, attending to customer service queries, maintaining customer treatment log and medical records, preparing patient/procedure profiling daily and billing etc.
Assist in checking and maintaining inventory and procurement of treatment supplies
Perform general housekeeping duties and maintenance of clinic cleanliness
Requirements
Min. 2 years experience as Beautician/Therapist
Preferably with experience in Aesthetic industry
Possess relevant CIDESCO/ CIBTAC / ITEC or other relevant Beauty and/or Wellness Certifications
Dedicated and eager to learn and improve
Responsible with good work ethics
Bilingualism and a good command of English is a plus
8 off days per month
