Licensed Therapist
who is clinically strong and relationally attuned to join our growing team of Midwest-rooted professionals. This is more than a clinical role. It’s an opportunity to do meaningful work with individuals, couples, and families in a supportive, purpose-driven environment that values both

Must be licensed in the state of Minnesota Employment Type : Full-Time or Part-Time Summary : This position focuses on providing therapy and contributing to a collaborative, values-driven clinic where clinicians can thrive personally and professionally.
Responsibilities
Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy to clients of diverse ages and backgrounds Maintain appropriate clinical documentation in accordance with MN Board standards Participate in optional group consultation, support groups, and case collaboration Utilize evidence-based modalities and adapt your therapeutic approach to meet client needs Collaborate with internal team members for coordinated care Uphold ethical, professional, and cultural standards in all aspects of care Contribute to a positive, mission-minded workplace culture
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Social Work, or related field Active licensure in Minnesota (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP) Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred, but strong recent grads are encouraged to apply Training or experience working with
couples, families, or trauma
is a strong asset Alignment with a
faith-informed, conservative Christian worldview
is essential to our team culture Excellent written and verbal communication skills Humility, curiosity, and a passion for long-term impact in the lives of others
