Overview
Behavioral Health Case Manager - Specialty Courts. The State of Oklahoma is hiring for a full-time Case Manager to work in the Jim Taliaferro Community Mental Health Center (JTCMHC) adult outpatient program on the specialty court team for Offender Screening. JTCMHC is an interdisciplinary team of clinicians, peer staff, and doctors providing treatment to adults. Applicants will provide strength-based case management and rehabilitation and will work cooperatively with treatment providers and community partners to support the consumer’s overall recovery. Responsibilities
Provide strength-based case management and rehabilitation. Work with JTCMHC treatment providers and community partners to deliver essential treatment services and support for the consumer’s recovery. Apply skills in individual, group, and family therapy as well as case management as part of a multidisciplinary team. Conduct psychosocial evaluations and develop comprehensive treatment plans. Provide crisis intervention when needed, including initial contacts for individuals in urgent need of support. Qualifications
Behavioral Health Case Manager II: Requires a baccalaureate degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health field. Department-sponsored case management certification will be completed within 30 days of start date, contingent on training availability. Senior Behavioral Health Case Manager II: Requires a bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in a behavioral health or closely related field and two (2) years of experience in professional case management behavioral health services. Department-sponsored case management certification will be completed within 30 days of start date, contingent on training availability. Salary and Benefits
