Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based therapy team. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat communication and language disorders while collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to help students succeed academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
Provide direct therapy services, consultation, and classroom support as needed.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams.
Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations.
Document student progress and maintain compliance with all federal, state, and district regulations.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Active SLP license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain before start date).
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates welcome.
School-based or pediatric experience preferred, not required.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Passion for helping children reach their fullest potential.
