We are looking for a passionate, trauma-competent Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our treatment team in our North Valley, Phoenix facility. This is an opportunity to make a profound, measurable difference in a highly supportive, multidisciplinary environment.
The Role: High-Impact Clinical Flexibility We are seeking a Part-Time, 1099 Licensed Clinical Therapist (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LAC, LMFT) to provide expert counseling in either a Residential or Intensive Outpatient (IOP) setting.
The Clinician-Centric Schedule
Ultimate Flexibility: This is a Part-Time (Monday‑Friday) contract position where you select and structure your preferred work days and schedule.
Work‑Life Balance: NO evenings, NO weekends required.
Ideal for Growth: Perfect for established clinicians seeking supplemental income or a balanced way to expand their professional practice without the administrative burden of running a solo practice.
Your Impact & Core Responsibilities
Deliver Specialized Therapy: Provide expert individual, group, and family counseling to members with Eating Disorders and co-occurring trauma/mental health diagnoses.
Pioneering Care: Design and implement tailored treatment plans following comprehensive patient assessments.
Holistic Collaboration: Work closely with our Registered Dietitian(s), Registered Nurse(s), and experienced behavioral health team to ensure truly holistic and coordinated patient care.
Continuity of Success: Facilitate crisis intervention, trauma support, and engage with family members and community providers to ensure seamless transitional success.
We Require Specialized Expertise in Trauma & Behavioral Health Successful candidates must demonstrate experience and/or a strong foundation in treating Eating Disorders along with the following trauma-based specialties:
Clinical Specialization Therapeutic Modality: Trauma & Dissociation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic & Body-Oriented Therapies, Psychodynamic Trauma Therapy, Emotion Regulation, Exposure Therapy, Eating Disorder Experience (Required), Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET), Substance Use/Addiction Counseling, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy (Highly Desired).
Compensation & Next Steps Compensation:
Competitive and Transparent Rate: $60,000 - $65,000 per year (Approximated, based on part-time schedule, 15‑20 hours per week).
Position Type:
Independent Contractor (1099).
Location:
North Valley Treatment Facility (North Phoenix).
