**Schedule:** Day Shift | Monday–Friday | Weekend availability### **Join the Sequoia Transitional Care Team**Sequoia Transitional Care in Porterville, CA is seeking a motivated and compassionate **Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)** to join our therapy department. We welcome both **full-time and part-time** applicants who are committed to improving the lives of residents through high-quality, individualized care.As part of a supportive, interdisciplinary team, you will help deliver exceptional therapy services in a setting that values teamwork, professionalism, and compassion.### **Position Summary**The COTA will assist in providing occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
