Speech-Language Pathologist – Full Time

to join our crew of in-house therapists and help expand therapy programming to include Abilities Care (cognition), ACP programs, Big and Loud, and wound care. You will have the freedom to create and implement additional programs to best meet the needs of the patients in this facility. Atchison Senior Village is a busy skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facility. Our therapy team expansion will be a strong focus, and you will receive strong orientation, training, and ongoing support as we grow. Collaborate with in-house therapy and nursing teams; participate in cluster models and assets available for clinical and professional growth. Lead and contribute to program development (e.g., Abilities Care, cognition programs, ACP, Big and Loud) and help expand therapy programming. Engage in orientation and ongoing training; support facility growth and program implementation. Pursue leadership opportunities within therapy management, culture, administration, or as a master clinician, as appropriate.
