Position summary and responsibilities focus on assessing residents’ needs, developing individualized care plans, administering nursing care, evaluating care, and supervising nursing assistants and other personnel in a SNF setting, in accordance with applicable standards and policies. Responsibilities
Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans Administer and evaluate nursing care within a SNF setting Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel delivering nursing care Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations Adhere to health, sanitary, and infection control policies and the community's Nursing Policies and Procedures Education/Qualifications
Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN within the state of work Must possess a current CPR certification Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software Shift & Wage
