Position Summary
Dedicated Physical Therapist to make lasting impact on patients. Supportive environment to grow skills, serve diverse populations, part of mission‑driven team.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ physical abilities and limitations Provide hands‑on physiotherapy treatments to enhance recovery Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and outcomes Participate in ongoing professional development and training
Qualifications
Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program State licensure as a Physical Therapist Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology Experience in inpatient and outpatient settings preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus Experience with pediatrics or geriatrics is beneficial
