Position:
Dialysis Chronic Care Registered Nurse (RN) Pay Range:
$15.00/hr - $15.93/hr (provided by TalentBurst, an Inc 5000 company; actual pay based on skills and experience) Purpose and Scope
This position involves providing and coordinating clinically competent care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients. Responsibilities include delegation to care staff, participating in decision-making, teaching, leadership, and quality improvement activities. Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Perform duties in accordance with policies, standards, and regulations. Collect and analyze patient data, adjust treatment plans, and document findings. Provide patient and family education on treatment options. Administer medications and respond to emergencies. Participate in staff training, ensure proper laboratory procedures, and update care plans. Ensure patient awareness of transplant and treatment options. Perform other duties as assigned. Physical Demands and Working Conditions
Heavy lifting, moving patients, prolonged standing, and occasional travel required. Must pass Ishihara's Color Blindness test; accommodations considered if needed. Supervision
Oversee care staff as a Team Leader or Nurse in Charge after completing required training and with minimum experience of 9 months as RN and 3 months in hemodialysis. Education and Licensure
Graduate of an accredited Nursing School. Current state licensure. CPR/BLS certification. Experience and Skills
At least 1 year of Nephrology Nursing experience in the last two years. Additional Requirements
Floating to area sites within 50 miles, commitment to 40+ hours/week, with minimum guarantee of 36 hours. Not eligible for guaranteed hours if restrictions or refusals apply. Job Details
