Overview Implements therapy with juveniles with complex behavioral concerns that are at risk of being removed from their homes. Colleagues will be trained and certified in the Evidence Based Practice (EBP) of Multisystemic Therapy (MST) within the first 30 days of transfer or hire. Provides comprehensive and evidenced based treatment to each family that is individualized and family-centered in accordance with MST guidelines.

What You’ll Be Doing

Work directly with families in their homes and communities using the proven Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST) model.

Carry a small caseload (4–6 families) so you can focus on quality, not quantity.

Meet with families 3–5 hours per week and guide them through meaningful change.

Collaborate with a supportive team through weekly supervision and consultation.

Complete documentation from the comfort of your home.

Be on-call only for the families you serve, no random late-night calls.

Who We’re Looking For

Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.

Eligible for or currently hold a Nebraska mental health license (PLMHP, LMHP, LIMHP).

Willing to be on-call for your own caseload.

Physical Requirements, Equipment Usage, Work Environment

Reasonably expected to have and maintain sufficient strength, agility, and endurance to perform during stressful situations encountered on the job without compromising health and well-being.

Duties are performed in a variety of environments ranging from highly stressful to casual settings, indoors and outdoors. May visit homes with substandard living conditions and domestic pets.
