DAY IN THE LIFE: Waking early because success waits for no sleeper Brushing your teeth and tucking in your shirt like a professional Filling your truck with whatever you need from our fully stocked warehouse Opening your company-provided iPad and iPhone to see your first money-making opportunity Arriving on time at the customer home and providing 6-star service that results in an incredible review Getting real-time coaching/support for whatever you need Having parts/material delivered to you so you can focus on the job Recording notes for the next technician Collecting payment from the customer Heading home after a productive day
WHAT WE DO:
All residential HVAC, all day long. We handle gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil boilers, geo-thermal systems, IAQ, installation, maintenance, service, and more. Whatever we do, we do it right. If you don’t like people, you won’t like it here. Customer service is about caring enough for each person to present options for their home and family, giving them the power of choice.
JOB DUTIES: Learn and implement One Hour service system, procedures, and ethical practices Accurately diagnose problems with clients' HVAC systems Effectively recommend service and repair options to convert opportunities into sold work Perform service, maintenance, and repairs while maintaining a less than 1% callback ratio Optimize profitability through effective time management and inventory control Maintain a neat work area and inspect it for cleanliness after each job Keep the company vehicle clean inside and out
WHAT TO DO NEXT:
Apply now for a phone interview. If we feel it’s a match, you will have a live interview and receive $100 for it. If our current technicians want you on the team, you may receive a $25,000 signing bonus.
