1 Year clinical - Preferred License & Certification:
Professional License with State of Practice - Required; Basic Life Support (BLS) - Required Core Job Functions
Performs therapeutic modalities and observations needed to provide direct care. Develops home exercise programs and instructs patients and caregivers on equipment use. Evaluates, treats, and instructs patients using appropriate equipment and modalities according to therapy guidelines. Completes all required documentation per agency policies. Collaborates with team members through patient conferences to address patient needs. Maintains contact with physicians, nurse care managers, and other team members to keep them informed of patient status. Provides documentation of continuing education as per regulations and policies. Uses supplies cost-effectively and charges correctly. Maintains reliable transportation and ability to travel as required. Additional Details
