Join our team as a
CNC Lathe Setup & Operator
and take pride in producing high‑quality precision parts. You’ll set up and run CNC Lathes, a while ensuring every part meets blueprint specifications and customer expectations.
What You’ll Do
Set up and operate CNC Lathes, run Mills and Swiss Turning Centers
Read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, programs, and routers
Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
Maintain quality assurance records and meet engineering specifications
Keep equipment running efficiently and support continuous improvement
Report daily production in ERP system
What We’re Looking For Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
5–10 years’ experience setting up/programming CNC Lathe machines
3–5 years’ experience in machining
Skilled with micrometers, calipers, and blueprint interpretation
Preferred:
Swiss, Haas or Tsugami machine experience
