The Crisis Police Response Clinician (CPR-C) collaborates with the St. Louis Police Department to respond to 911 calls and community encounters, providing crisis intervention services. Responsibilities include assessment, referral, behavioral health education, de-escalation, psychological first aid, and follow-up services. Develop individualized treatment plans, including provisional diagnoses and suicide risk assessments. Work Environment

This hybrid role involves fieldwork and office work, primarily riding with police officers in the community. The environment can be high-stress and potentially dangerous. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in social work, criminal justice, psychology, or related field. 6 months experience in mental health services. Knowledge of the St. Louis Mental Health Network, Crisis Intervention Model, and DSM-V. Availability to work at least one weekend day (Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday). Valid driver's license (MO Class E or equivalent). Willingness to meet regulatory requirements, including vaccinations and background checks. Client-centered, community-focused approach aligned with behavioral health ethics. Compensation and Benefits

Base pay range: $47,000 - $55,000 per year. Sign-on bonus of $500, with $250 after 90 days and $250 after 6 months. Additional Information
