What Does Your Role Look Like? Manage a balanced caseload: Top performers treat an average of 11-12 patients per day, with dedicated one-on-one time for each. You may double-book only if it’s appropriate, comfortable, and doesn’t compromise care. Autonomy in Treatment: You’ve invested in mastering your craft, and we respect your patient care philosophy. We give you the freedom to treat using innovative approaches and apply your continued education skills for optimal outcomes.
