Perform treatment sessions with patients Educate patients about their condition and prognosis Ensure patient accountability for therapy attendance and plan of care Complete all required documentation of each visit Update plan of care as needed and discharge patients as needed Follow the therapist\'s plan of care and communicate with the therapist regarding care Supervise Therapy Technicians Document patient progress and successes Maintain up-to-date case management lists Assist in marketing efforts as requested by Marketing Track individual statistics and complete productivity reports Rewards & Benefits

Associate in Applied Science (AAS) Degree in PTA Wyoming Physical Therapist Assistant Certification or ability to obtain Duties And Responsibilities (include but not limited to)
Perform treatment sessions with patients Educate patients about their condition and prognosis Keep patients accountable for therapy attendance and compliance with their plan of care Complete all required documentation of each visit Update plan of care as needed and discharge patients as needed Follow therapist\'s plan of care and communicate with the therapist regarding care Supervise Therapy Technicians Listen to and record patient successes Keep case management lists up to date Assist in marketing efforts as requested by Marketing Maintain individual statistics and complete productivity reports Seniority level
