Clinician , you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through: Conduct clinical assessments, including diagnoses and recommendations, to inform treatment planning. Conduct intake interviews with prospective residents, family members, and referral sources, presenting applications for review when instructed. Develop and review treatment plans and Individual Crisis Management Plans with clients during bi-weekly treatment meetings and supervisory sessions. Conduct advocacy casework, including foster care, CPS, Family Court, Medicaid, Public Assistance, mental health, and substance abuse coordination. Maintain comprehensive case files, documenting progress toward treatment goals, casework contacts, FASPs, and educational/health activities. Complete clinical treatment summaries regularly and final discharge reports for the local Social Services District. Clinician Minimum Salary: $28.00 Clinician Maximum Salary: $34.00 Clinician Schedule: Monday-Friday 9AM - 5PM *On Call Shifts: Yes (1 week approx. every 6 to 8 weeks) Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Social Work
