A Clinic RN works within the scope of their nursing practice to deliver quality patient care in a clinical setting, collaborating with physicians, specialists, and care teams to support both short-term and long-term patient needs. Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Evaluation Collect and document patient information upon arrival. Support patient evaluations by assisting in clinical assessments. Administer treatments and medications as per medical directives. Educate patients about their health conditions, treatment plans, and medication regimens. Ensure patients understand post-care instructions and follow-up requirements. Customer Service & Advocacy Deliver high-quality customer service to patients and families. Facilitate the resolution of any patient concerns, escalating to the department manager as needed. Work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans. Maintain open communication within the team to ensure seamless patient care. Administrative Duties Document all nursing activities and patient interactions accurately. Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and standards. Key Skills and Attributes

Strong clinical assessment and technical nursing skills. Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care. Proficiency in educating and communicating with patients and families. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Qualifications: EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Nursing CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must maintain current, active license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado or within a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
