Mental Health Therapist - Evenings or Weekends. Ellie Mental Health, now part of Nystrom & Associates, seeks a therapist to improve access to quality mental health care. This is a non-exempt position. Total earnings range from $24,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on compensation model, full-time or part-time status, number of client sessions per week, licensure, experience, and average reimbursement rate. Required Skills/Abilities
Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution Candidates will have licensure or be on licensure track for LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, etc. Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical notes Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients Proficient in Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant), including collection of co-payments Responsibilities Include
Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create, implement, and maintain treatment plans with ongoing documentation Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy in outpatient settings Active participation in growing and maintaining caseload to meet weekly billable targets (full-time: 25 sessions, part-time: 10–24) Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a team to close gaps in community care Use creative interventions to help clients achieve goals Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings This role leverages in-person and telehealth care, meeting clients where they are. A hybrid clinician schedule is possible with collaboration between the clinic and remote work. Ellie supports a clinician-friendly experience with compensation, benefits, training, flexible scheduling (FT/PT), CEUs, and centralized administrative support. Some telehealth is available, but regular office commuting is required.
