Automotive Service Manager
with a great attitude who is the keeper of values, the maintainer of standards, and the leader whom everyone in the shop follows. The person who fills this role will lead and manage all aspects of the shop, and will also sell repairs to clients as needed to help the shop reach its sales goals. Compensation
Base pay range:
$63,000.00/yr - $77,000.00/yr EARN:
$63,000 - $77,000 plus Monthly & Quarterly Incentives Location

Lead and manage all aspects of the shop to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction. Sell repairs to clients as needed to help the shop reach sales goals. Requirements
High school diploma or GED required Current valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) 2+ years of automotive shop management experience 1+ year experience in a service advisor role or demonstrated ability to sell Self-aware, servant leader with experience in interviewing, hiring, training, counseling, and termination of employees Experience with performance management, coaching, setting expectations, delivering performance reviews, and disciplinary actions Strong problem-solving skills; ability to diagnose issues and provide effective solutions Ability to interpret and apply financial concepts, including basic math for calculating figures and discounts Experience managing a P&L and familiarity with key line-item management to impact results Seniority level
