Maintenance Supervisor, Support Services Venture Global LNG (“Venture Global”) is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. The company’s Louisiana-based export projects service the global demand for North American natural gas and support the long-term development of clean and reliable North American energy supplies. Responsibilities

Effective supervision, coordination and performance monitoring of maintenance support services contractors.

Functions as support services maintenance focal representative who balances contractor work demand to achieve optimum resource availability with minimum adverse impact to the maintenance scheduled work.

Ensures contractor work is planned and scheduled according to VGIMS, CPLNG Maintenance Manual and Work Management process and procedures.

Participates in and/or leads CPLNG Ready for Operations (RFO) maintenance projects to develop required support services maintenance systems, processes and procedures before commercial operations.

Participates in and/or leads development of required support services contracts before commercial operations such as Scaffold, Insulation/Painting, HVAC, Rigging, Grounds Maintenance, Pressure relief valves testing contracts.

Ensures contractors effectively adhere to VG business controls, follow approved contracts/suppliers and direct/indirect cost are captured in a work order approval process to monitor and control maintenance budget expenditure.

Participates and supports strategic and tactical planning meetings such as daily Operations‑Maintenance meetings, weekly planning/schedule review meetings, backlog review meetings, among others.

Participates in and/or leads the development of required support services maintenance budget.

Manages contractor time cards approval according to CPLNG Contractor Management Procedures.

Ensures contractors provide evidence of competency/skills assessments, proven work experience.

Monitors contractor performance and work execution, completion and demobilization according to CPLNG Contractor Management Procedures.

Manages contractor work quality/non‑compliances along with maintenance and contracts teams.

Assists with the pre‑commissioning, commissioning, startup and initial operation of the CPLNG Facility as a vital member of the integrated commissioning/start‑up team(s) with the EPC contractor.

Qualifications Education and Certifications

Minimum a high school diploma or GED.

Technical degree or a nationally recognized standard such as NCCER is preferred.

Experience

Minimum ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of maintenance work experience in Oil and Gas, LNG or petrochemical facilities.

At least three (3) years at a supervisory level.

Strong knowledge and experience in maintenance contractor work management processes, procedures and best practices.

Experience developing contracts scope of works for maintenance services.

Experience in maintenance work planning and scheduling.

SAP experience is preferred, familiar with PM, MM Modules.

Turnaround planning experience is a plus.

Management/supervision of small to medium scale projects.

Commissioning, startup, and maintenance of Oil & Gas or petrochemical facilities.
