We are seeking a
Ricoh Production Field Service Technician
to join our service team in the
Albuquerque, NM
area. This is a field position covering a POSSIBLE TERRITORY NEAR YOU, servicing Albuquerque and surrounding areas. Essential Job Duties
Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.) Providing high-quality technical support to our customer base Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction Developing solutions for unusual problems Managing time, resources, and territorial considerations Qualifications
Mechanical and Electrical mindset Experience and training with Ricoh required Ricoh Certifications required Experience with Canon, HP, Xerox, and other manufacturers is a plus Strong computer knowledge Benefits
