This is a full‑time maintenance position working 40 hours a week. There is no per diem and no relocation funding.
Responsibilities
Must be able to perform spot welding on structural (TIG), maintenance on small and large equipment – change bearings, belts, install pumps/motors, perform minor laser alignment, and install exhaust or service piping.
Troubleshoot, repair, and service industrial mechanical equipment.
Replace defective parts or adjust clearances and align moving parts.
Test, repair, or install mechanical units such as water pumps, fuel pumps, governors, distributors, carburetors, brakes, clutches, and other devices.
Replace bearings, chains, sprockets, and other machine parts.
Rebuild pumps, cylinders, and mechanical equipment following standard operating procedures.
Align machines and equipment using hoists, jacks, hand tools, squares, calipers, and other precision instruments.
Fabricate repair parts when necessary.
Perform all work while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) – including chemical protective clothing, supplied air respirators, safety harnesses, fire‑resistant coveralls, hard hats, ear plugs, and safety glasses.
Maintain full range of mobility in upper and lower body, able to reach overhead, and work in various positions (stooping, bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, or standing for extended periods).
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
No minimum education requirements.
3–5 years of journeyman‑level experience.
Must pass a pre‑employment physical and background check.
