Responsibilities

We are seeking multiple Early Career Engineers | Civil to join our dedicated team of professionals. You will focus on Transportation Engineering (Traffic, Highway & Bridge), Municipal & Water Resources, Water & Wastewater Engineering, or Land Development & Site Design. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Working closely with Project Manager(s) and Project Engineer(s) in design/drafting capacity Performing basic calculations Conducting on-site construction observation of work in progress Preparing plans and profile drawings utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D Reviewing project design manual(s) for specification requirements Assisting in preparation of drainage, stormwater management, erosion and sedimentation control, and other reports required for project permits and approvals Locations: Harrisburg, PA; State College, PA; Lewisburg, PA; King of Prussia, PA; York, PA; Chambersburg, PA; Allentown, PA; Cranberry Township, PA; Morgantown, WV Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering (or related field), preferably from an ABET-accredited program E.I.T. certification preferred Course work and/or 0 to 2 years’ experience may include:

Subdivision Municipal Engineering Stormwater Management Water Distribution and Treatment Systems Wastewater Collection, Conveyance, and Treatment Systems Hydraulics On-Lot Systems Environmental Assessment Traffic Signalization Traffic studies and analyses Intersection improvements Parking Facilities, Highway, and Roadway Safety Design

AutoCAD Civil 3D experience/knowledge is a plus Previous internship with a consulting engineering firm preferred Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Team player possessing strong communication, planning, and organizational skills Flexibility to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary, which may include overnight stays Valid US Driver’s License is required Legal authorization to work in the U.S. About HRG & Benefits
