Project start‑up: collaborate with Project Managers, Operations Managers, and Superintendent to plan and coordinate the build. Project support: research, interpret codes, resolve conflicts, analyze interference, and prepare LEED reporting as required. Project build: coordinate RFIs, change notices, and vendor materials; manage engineering problems; maintain schedules; prepare and distribute minutes. Cost control: implement cost controls, reconcile billings, and maintain contract drawings and submittals. Communication liaison: serve as the communication link between office, field, and the entire project team. Project closeout: develop and complete close‑out documentation, manage punch list, and maintain as‑built drawings. Key Attributes
Comfortable at the table with all levels of leadership. Collaborator, integrity, and proactive problem solver with outstanding interpersonal skills. Organized, systematic, and committed to excellence. What It Takes
A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field, or 1‑4 years of related experience, or a combination of both. Knowledgeable of construction processes. Proven computer platform experience; Procore a plus. Benefits
