Gain hands-on experience in one of Goodyear's Auto Service centers by utilizing mechanical aptitude to diagnose technical issues while delivering outstanding service. Perform line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, brake repairs, fluid exchanges/flushes, tire installation, and wheel alignments. Provide excellent guest service with clear communication and feedback about guest vehicles; document all work performed on the repair order. Report safety issues to management and promote teamwork to deliver timely, accurate guest care during all operating hours. Maintain adherence to Company policy on vehicle care and operation; participate in training for technician, sales, and management positions. Engage in ongoing learning about evolving automotive technologies and contribute to fast-track career advancement opportunities. Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance. Valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age; legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future. Commitment to learning new technologies; ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions. Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred; ASE Certification. Experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests; experience with electrical, air conditioning, and primary/advanced fuel ignition. About the role and what you’ll learn
