Overview
Automotive Service Manager - Ciocca Subaru/Kia Ewing. This role covers a dual store operation for Subaru and Kia at Ciocca Automotive Western Division. We have an immediate opening for an energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated automotive service professional to join our growing and dynamic team. Responsibilities
Assist customers in servicing, repairing and explaining each service needed Understand customers, match requirements and concerns to various service options Explain service being performed and keep customers informed and updated throughout the service of their vehicle Hire and supervise all service department personnel, and monitor their performance in servicing customers Craft goals and objectives for the department including an annual operating budget Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints immediately and appropriately Manage technician production Hold department personnel accountable for performance Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a service manager required High school diploma or higher education Valid driver’s license and clean driving record What We Offer
