Behavioral Health Therapist Sign-on bonus:
up to $15,000 Responsibilities
Lead an interdisciplinary team that provides individuals opportunities for recovery management so they can live and work independently in their home and community. Complete assessments and service plans on a regular basis. Organize, direct, and guide care provided by other team members, with ongoing monitoring and updates of service recommendations. Provide skills training and individual, family, and group therapy. Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments in the office and in the community. Educate and consult with families, communities, interns, and residents. Travel to client homes and communities as services are provided in homes and communities. Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or areas approved by the North Dakota Board of Counseling Examiners with ND licensure as a LCSW or LPCC. OR master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with licensure as LMFT by the ND Board of Marriage and Family Therapy. OR master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology with eligibility for licensure as LMFT by the ND Board of Marriage and Family Therapy. OR Doctorate in Psychology with ND licensure as a psychologist by the ND Board of Psychologist Examiners. We will consider filling this position as a Human Relations Counselor at a reduced rate; requirements include a master’s degree in Counseling and LAPC licensure, and be within two years of LPCC licensure. Include licensure status and training hours with the application. OR master’s degree in Social Work with LMSW licensure or master’s degree in Counseling with LPC licensure. Valid driver’s license and successful completion of a defensive driving course during new-hire orientation. About the Organization
