Physical Therapist
to join our team. The successful candidate will help ensure residents receive the best quality of care and friendship for a happy living environment. Responsibilities and Duties
Assure the quality of patient care, evaluation, and treatment programs by providing hands-on assessment, treatment, and guidance to staff. Evaluate patients using appropriate Physical Therapy techniques. Develop and implement patient care plans and goals, reviewing and revising as needed. Listen to patient and family concerns when modifying treatment plans. Provide patient care during scheduled hours as assigned. Educate and motivate patients and families to improve functional activities. Document progress, discharge summaries, home programs, and other required documentation timely. Consult with physicians and staff for planning and modifying treatment plans. Maintain patient and family confidentiality. Participate in continuing education activities. Utilize Physical Therapy Aides appropriately. Perform all duties essential to the role and adhere to policies. Demonstrate positive rapport with staff and sound judgment in patient care. Follow safety and regulatory standards. Job Requirements
Must be licensed as a Registered Physical Therapist in Nebraska. Must have regular and consistent attendance. Physical Demands/Working Conditions
Physical activity including walking, standing, sitting, and lifting. Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
