In thisexciting role, you'll lead and inspire by managing the day-to-dayoperations of our Outpatient clinics, hiring, and supervising atalented team, and providing leadership in department meetings andactivities. You'll make a difference by taking on a small caseload,conducting assessments, and triaging for emergent or walk-in clients,ensuring they receive the best care possible. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provides clinical and administrative supervision of staff andmaintains daily clinic staffing to ensure adequate clinical coverageand participation in implementation and integration of Results BasedAccountability in day-to-day operations of program. Participants in hiring and performance management of staff andensures staff training needs are met. Provides clinical on-call back up for program and case coverage as needed. Works with staff to ensure strong treatment plans for clients andassists with crisis intervention as needed. Collaborates with Program Director to develop and monitor budgetperformance of program and assists with timely completion of monthlybilling and fiscal reports as applicable. Contributes to program functioning by assuming responsibility forspecial tasks or leadership in special projects as appropriate. Tracks completion of all required documentation from clinicalstaff, follows up with staff on documentation completion asnecessary, and completes any other documentation and reportsrequired by agency and program policies and funding sourcesaccurately and on time. Monitors program standards to ensure program is in compliance withany grant/funder requirements. Collaborates with other Village programs to enhance the qualityand coordination of services. Works as a team member with other clinical and administrativestaff to respond to client and programmatic needs, including theimplementation of agency policies, procedures, and initiatives. Participates in identifying opportunities for programmaticexpansion and completion of proposals, as well as in in planning anddeveloping department procedures. Attends and represents The Village in network and collaboratorsmeetings as needed. Maintains liaison role with funder(s) and submits reports as required. Participates in management trainings to develop/enhancesupervisory skills, when requested. Experience and Skills

EDUCATION Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or other licensedcounseling degree. State of CT license required (i.e., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist, PhD/PsyD) EXPERIENCE Minimum of 5 years’ experience providing clinical services;minimum of 3 years as a clinical supervisor. Excellent oral and written skills and ability to communicatecomfortably with clients, staff, referral sources, and the public. Organized and able to work independently with minimalsupervision. Flexible and able to multi-task. Proficient with word processing and spreadsheet applications.Possess solid general computer skills, including ability to work ina Windows environment. Familiarity with Electronic Health Records isrequired, and knowledge of specific applications used by The Villageand its referral sources is a plus. Must be culturally competent to serve diverse client population;bi-lingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred. Physically able to perform the essential functions of theposition, with or without reasonable accommodations.
