Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive medical and surgical care to the full spectrum of ENT patients.
Supervise the delivery of medical services by the assigned staff of the facility.
Adhere to the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services.
Maintain active membership on the medical staff of SJHS-SB and/or SJHS-Ply, with full and unrestricted privileges.
Research and teaching opportunities and affiliate faculty appointment.
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Otolaryngology; licensed or eligible to practice in Indiana.
The ideal candidate will have a desire to build a busy general practice.
Board Certification required within 5 years of Residency Program Completion.
Desire to join a community-based practice adjacent to hospital.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive salary range in line with MGMA standards; malpractice paid by the corporation, including tail insurance; health/dental/vision/disability/life insurance and retirement benefits.
27 days off per year; plus 5 additional days and $3,000 for CME.
$3,000 per year for professional journals, dues, and memberships.
Student loan assistance available.
Relocation assistance provided in accordance with system policy.
