Base pay range
$160,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
Compound sterile preparations in full compliance with USP 797, USP 800, and cGMP Maintain aseptic technique, gowning, and documentation practices Review and verify prescriptions and batch records for accuracy Perform final product verification and batch release (as authorized) Lead or mentor pharmacy technicians in sterile operations Support internal and external audits, ensuring full regulatory readiness
Qualifications
PharmD or BS in Pharmacy (accredited institution) Minimum 2 years of USP 797 sterile compounding experience (503A, 503B, or hospital) Strong knowledge of aseptic technique, gowning, and cleanroom workflow Familiarity with USP 800 and cGMP practices Exceptional documentation accuracy and quality focus
