Responsibilities
Provide direct clinical therapy services to patients and their families as part of a multidisciplinary team, with emphasis on completing psychosocial assessments, conducting group and individual therapies, facilitating family therapies, and conducting IOP group and individual therapies as needed based on patient needs.
Develop, implement and review treatment plans.
Serve clients of all ages; experience working with youth is required.
Experience in EMDR, DBT, ACT, and/or TF-CBT is preferred.
Work schedule: Monday - Friday, daytime hours; after training and orientation, position may be a hybrid position.
Hours: 72 hours in a two-week pay period.
Qualifications
Masters or Doctorate degree from an accredited university.
Current Wisconsin licensure as one of: Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Psychologist.
Candidates with Qualified Treatment Trainee status may also be considered with the opportunity for Supervision hours offered.
Two years of directly related experience is preferred.
Demonstrated keyboarding skill and computer knowledge are also necessary.
Preferred: Experience with the EPIC computer system.
