Mental Health Professional- Jonesboro Visual and Performing Arts Magnet School
Arisa Health is currently seeking a compassionate Mental Health Professional to join our school‑based program at Jonesboro Public Schools. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with children, teens, and their families, and thrive in collaborative environments. Experience in community health, schools, or childcare settings is a plus.
Job Details
This position is classified as full‑time, exempt (salaried). Work hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
What you will do
Interview/assess clients for mental health needs and provide individual, family, and group therapy services.
Document, review, and maintain accurate case records and relevant clinical information.
Work with a comprehensive treatment team to provide exceptional care.
What we look for
Master's degree in counseling or social work.
Current Arkansas license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, PLMSW or LCSW), or license eligible.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to be flexible.
Ability to work independently and as part of a treatment team.
Positive attitude.
Empathetic, compassionate, and non‑judgmental.
Collaborative and resilient mindset.
