Hearten Therapy is seeking full-time licensed therapists (AMFT, LMFT, LCSW, LCPC) to join our expanding telehealth-based private practice.

What We’re Looking For
Licensed Therapist:
AMFT, LMFT, LCSW, or LCPC who is licensed in and resides in Illinois.
Passionate Clinician:
Someone who is enthusiastic about working with individuals and couples at various life stages.
Telehealth Proficiency:
Comfortable providing a minimum of 25 telehealth sessions per week.
Value Alignment:
A clinician who resonates with our values of collaboration, ethical care, lifelong learning, and growth mindset.
Preferred: Previous private practice experience and willingness to work a couple of evenings and on Fridays are a plus.
What You’ll Receive
W‑2 Employment:
Enjoy the stability of employee status with employer‑covered payroll and taxes.
Competitive Compensation:
Ranges between $50–$65 per clinical hour depending on licensure level and experience, with the option to earn a monthly bonus.
