We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Case Manager to join our growing pre‑litigation team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of personal injury case management experience, with a proven ability to supervise, mentor, and lead a team of Case Managers and Assistants. This individual will manage their own caseload while overseeing case flow, ensuring timely communication, compliance, and exceptional client service throughout every stage of the claims process. Responsibilities
Supervise and train Case Managers and Assistants, ensuring consistency and accuracy in case handling Conduct regular file reviews to monitor case progress, identify issues, and support team development Collaborate with attorneys to improve workflows and reporting systems Provide mentorship and serve as a point of escalation for client and team concerns Case Management
Oversee a pre‑litigation caseload, guiding clients through the claims process from intake to settlement Send letters of representation and open claims with insurance companies Coordinate and monitor client medical treatment and ensure timely follow‑up with providers Review medical records and billing to evaluate treatment progress and potential case value Manage all case documentation and updates within

or similar case management software Client & Provider Communication
Serve as liaison between clients, attorneys, and medical providers Maintain consistent and professional communication to ensure clients understand each step of their case Coordinate and calendar medical appointments, depositions, and deadlines Administrative & Strategic Support
Review and prepare files for demand and litigation transitions Track deadlines, statutes, and milestones to ensure compliance Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the department Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Case Manager in personal injury law Prior experience supervising or mentoring a team strongly preferred Strong knowledge of California personal injury law and claims processes Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Proficiency in
Filevine
(or similar CRM/case management systems) and
Microsoft Office Suite Bilingual in
English and Spanish
strongly preferred Bachelor’s degree or
Paralegal certification
