Job Overview
Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist – 13‑week assignment in Wenatchee, Washington. Start date 10/27/2025. 40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts, travel professional.
Responsibilities
Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
Operate imaging equipment, including fluoroscopy, CT, and ultrasound, to guide procedures.
Assist physicians by scrubbing in for sterile procedures, passing instruments, and maintaining a sterile field.
Monitor and document patient vital signs and procedural details.
Administer contrast media and monitor for adverse reactions.
Enforce radiation safety measures for patients, staff, and self.
Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment and restock procedural supplies.
Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other team members to provide seamless patient care.
Provide patient education before, during, and after procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned to support IR lab operations.
Required Qualifications
Minimum one year of recent experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
Active ARRT certification or RCIS/RCES certification in compliance with state regulations.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA/ARC).
Preferred Qualifications
Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (AHA/ARC).
Valid state Radiologic Technologist license.
Preferred PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC certification.
Additional certifications or licenses may be required for this position.
