Pay Rate: $23 - $31 / Hour

Qualifications
Associate’s Degree or equivalent from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program required
Unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant Licensure to practice in state of Indiana
CPR and first aid certification required
Recent graduates and experienced Physical Therapist Assistants are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities
Assisting in evaluating clients’ daily living skills and capacities to determine the extent of abilities and limitations
Assisting patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment, including exercise instruction, manual therapy techniques, and activities of daily living
Observing patients during treatments and reporting observations to the Physical Therapist
Communicating with staff and other healthcare team members to exchange, discuss, and evaluate patient information for treatment planning and modifications
